Humble beginnings

Rashmi Cherian is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Food & Nutrition and a Certified Sports & Exercise Nutritionist. She has been awarded “National Health Award” 2017 for Sports Nutrition by Central Govt of India for her exemplary work in the field of Sports Nutrition. She has been providing nutritional counselling for almost a decade displaying a vast diversity of clientele seeking her expertise.

Outside of her work, Rashmi loves experimenting with her cooking, is a fitness enthusiast who never skips her routine and a proud mother of a young boy.

Sports Nutrition

As a leading Sports Nutritionist, Rashmi is involved in the success of a wide variety of professional and amateur athletes across numerous athletic and competitive sports. She has been sharing her expertise with sports personalities to develop and maintain their energy levels, while losing undesired body fat through a winning combination of sports diets and confident food choices.

She is the Official Sports Nutritionist for Birel Art (Italian Motorsport Org) and consults at many other Sports Academies like Paris St. Germain Football Academy, White Peacock Badminton Academy, Topspin Tennis Academy, etc., to catapult their performance and results.
